General Terms and Conditions

We, us and our refers to Emily Tellwright trading as Castle Sefton Press, Building 143994, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, contact@castleseftonpress.co.uk​. By using our website and/or making a purchase you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.

  • 1. Our products are for adults and are not designed to be suitable for children. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you declare yourself to be of the age of majority in your place of residence and to have given consent to allow any of your minor dependents who use the site to do so.
  • 2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this site without express permission by us.
  • 3. You may not use our site or products for any illegal purpose, including breach of copyright law.
  • 4. We may change or amend the information on this site, including prices at any time without notice. Any reliance on information on this site, other than that relating to your statutory rights, is at your own risk.
  • 5. We reserve the right to withdraw the use of this site at any time, and to place restrictions on orders if necessary.
  • 6. We are not responsible for the content and behaviour of third-party sites linked to this site.
  • 7. Your submission of personal information is governed by our privacy policy.

Online Sales

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are intended to form the basis of our contract with you. You may wish to keep an electronic or paper copy of them for future reference.

  • 1. When you order goods or services from us online you are making a legal offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we accept your offer and we will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. If we do not accept the offer because we are unable to supply the goods or services requested, or for any other reason, we will respond promptly to make you aware, and no charge will be made.
  • 2. When you click on ‘Place Order & Pay’ you are under an obligation to pay.
  • 3. We accept the following means of payment: credit and debit cards through WooCommerce, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
  • 4. Various delivery services with details and prices will be offered by our fulfilment services at checkout.
  • 5. With the exception of original art works, all physical products are manufactured to order and are not eligible for refunds unless they are missing, damaged or faulty.
  • 6. Orders for original art works can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling, but you must return the item to us, packed in its original packaging using the specified delivery method or your order will not be deemed cancelled. Your purchase will be refunded when we have received the return. We do not refund shipping costs.
  • 7. Paperback books take at least 3-5 working days to be printed before being dispatched. The expected production time for art products is shown on the relevant product page. After printing, purchases are delivered according to the timescale given on your chosen delivery method at checkout.
  • 8. If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
  • 9. If goods are faulty we will deal with the problem according to your consumer buying rights. If you think there is a problem with goods purchased from us, please contact us.
