1. Our products are for adults and are not designed to be suitable for children. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you declare yourself to be of the age of majority in your place of residence and to have given consent to allow any of your minor dependents who use the site to do so.

2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this site without express permission by us.

3.You may not use our site or products for any illegal purpose, including breach of copyright law.

4. We may change or amend the information on this site, including prices at any time without notice. Any reliance on information on this site, other than that relating to your statutory rights, is at your own risk.

8. Online Sales
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are intended to form the basis of our contract with you. You may wish to keep an electronic or paper copy of them for future reference.
When you order goods or services from us online you are making a legal offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we accept your offer and we will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. If we do not accept the offer because we are unable to supply the goods or services requested, or for any other reason, we will respond promptly to make you aware, and no charge will be made.
When you click on 'Place Order & Pay' you are under an obligation to pay.
We accept the following means of payment: credit and debit cards through Wix Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Various delivery services with details and prices will be offered by our fulfilment service, Bookvault, at checkout.
Paperback books take at least 3-5 working days to be printed before being dispatched. Purchases are delivered according to the timescale given on your chosen delivery method at checkout.
If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
If goods are faulty we will deal with the problem according to your consumer buying rights. If you think there is a problem with goods purchased from us, please contact us.

Shipping and Tax
Our paperback books are printed and shipped by Bookvault, who will offer you clearly priced shipping options at checkout. We only offer tracked services, as this enables us to recover the cost of lost items from the courier.
We ship to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Gibraltar, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Africa. If you are outside this area you may be able to purchase a physical book through a retailer or buy an ebook here.
If your book has not arrived after the expected delivery time as stated at checkout, then please contact us. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly supplied names and addresses, so please make sure your details are correct when ordering.

If you are ordering for delivery to the UK, Isle of Man or the EU, all necessary taxes will be charged at checkout and there will be nothing further for you to pay (provided that the value of your EU order is not over €150, in which case you may have to pay duties and taxes on receipt). We are not required to charge sales tax on orders to other countries, but you may be charged duties and taxes when on receipt of your order according to the laws of your locality.

Returns and Refunds
If your book is damaged on receipt, is faulty in any way, or does not arrive please contact us within 30 days of your original order for a refund or a replacement, which will be sent with free shipping. We require damaged or defective items to be returned and will process your refund or replacement on receipt of the defective item. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly supplied names and addresses, so please make sure your details are correct when ordering.
