Refund and Returns Policy

Physical Products

If your physical product is damaged on receipt, is faulty in any way, or does not arrive please contact us within 30 days of your original order for a refund or a replacement, which will be sent with free shipping. We may require damaged or defective items to be returned and will process your refund or replacement on receipt of the defective item. Original art works cannot be replaced as they are unique items, so only a refund is offered in this case.

With the exception of original art works, all physical products are manufactured to order and are not eligible for refunds unless they are missing, damaged or faulty.

Orders for original art works can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling, but you must return the item to us, packed in its original packaging using the specified delivery method or your order will not be deemed cancelled. Your purchase will be refunded when we have received the return. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for non-delivery in the case of customers supplying incorrect addresses.

EU customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty on physical products purchased under the General Product Safety Regulation legislation. 

Digital Products

Ebooks are instant downloads and cannot be refunded. We will only refund duplicate purchases made within 48 hours of the original providing that you inform us within 30 days of the order.
