Emily's debut novel Ghost Train is now available to buy. It's a gripping and entertaining supernatural mystery about life, time, how we experience them and how we might choose to use them.

Emily Tellwright

Author, Artist, Publisher

Emily Tellwright was born in Stoke-on-Trent, UK and read mathematics at Christ Church, Oxford and science, society and technology at the University of East London, later studying cello at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She has worked, amongst other things, as a bookseller, an accountant, a musician, a tutor and a carer. She lives in Stoke-on-Trent writing, studying art, cooking, gardening and running Castle Sefton Press from her small garden or her even smaller study.

Emily's writing explores things that get forgotten as we progress, our purpose and our culture. She's also interested in hidden patterns, and likes to enjoy the fun of being a human individual.

Emily also works as an artist, mainly in acrylics or charcoal and chalk. Her work will soon be for sale in our new online art shop.
